摘要
随着供电企业质量管理体系标准的导入和全面实施,供电企业质量管理的突出问题已经显现,供电企业不但要为顾客提供高质量的电能,同时也应为顾客提供高质量的服务.因此对已建立了质量管理体系的供电企业服务质量的改进进行研究具有重要意义.本文给出了导入ISO9001:2000标准的供电企业持续改进供电服务质量的五大举措.
With the introduction arid implementation of quality management system standard for power- supplying enterprises, the outstanding problems of quality management in power - supplying enterprises have appeared. Power - supplying enterprises should offer customers not only high - quality power, but also high - quality service. Therefore, it's fairly meaningful to research on the improvement of the service quality of power- supplying enterprises under the built quality management system. In this paper were offered five measures of continuously developing the service quality to the power- supplying enterprises under Standard ISO9001 : 2000.
