论影响体育考生术科应试能力的心理因素及对策

On mental state factors and countermeasures influencing the ability of technical category of the athletics examinees

湖南省体育考生近几年大幅度地增加,竞争日益激烈.经过对100名体育专业考生的调查分析,发现在诸多影响体育考生术科应试能力的因素中,心理因素的差异是决定术科考试成绩的关键.通过对影响体育考生术科应试能力的心理因素分析,提出了提高体育考生心理应试能力的对策.

The athletics examinees in Hunan province have been increasing in the last few years by leaps and bounds. Arid the competition among the examinees is getting more and more fiercely. After a comprehensive diagnosis to 100 professional athletics examinees, we find out that in many factors , mental state factor are the most important to the athletics examinee. The difference of the mental state character decides the key of the skill test score. In this paper is analyzed the mental factors which influence the ability of the athletics examinees, and propcsed the counterplan on how to improve the ability of taking an exam for the athletics examinees.
