摘要
本文通过对当前中国报业人力资源管理现状分析,探讨了如何消除现有弊端、达到有效管理等问题。
The paper tries to probe into such problems as how to eliminate drawbacks and achieve efficient management by analysing the present condition of the management of human resources in China newspaper groups.
