摘要
通过对西安、广州两地的数所高校教师的工作生活质量的调查与分析,对高校管理层如何提高教师的工作生活质量提出了一系列的改善对策。
This paper makes a detailed investigation of the quality of work and life of faculties in several universities in Xi＇an and Guangzhou, and then based on the analysis of the data, a series of countermeasures to improve the quality of work and life of faculties in universities are put forward.
