顶空固相微萃取法测定冷榨桔子油的挥发性成分 被引量:1

Analysis of Volatile Compounds of Orange Oil by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry with Solid-phase Micro-extraction

摘要 实验采用优化后的固相微萃取(SPME)-气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用技术检测了冷榨桔子油的挥发性成分,共鉴定出60种化合物,占组分总出峰面积的96.260%。其中质量分数最高的为柠檬烯(62.609%)。
