平衡计分卡在企业信息化绩效测评中的应用

The Application of Balanced Scorecard in the Performance Evaluation of Enterprise Informationization

近年来,随着企业信息化深入发展,企业信息化绩效评估问题日益引起企业界与学术界的重视。笔者认为,将平衡计分卡这种科学的测评方法应用到企业信息化绩效测评中,无疑会在相当程度上提高我国企业信息化绩效测评的水平与精确度,最终促进我国企业的健康发展。为此,本文在探讨我国信息化缋效测评中存在的问题并阐述平衡计分卡优势的基础上,具体分析了平衡计分卡在企业信息化绩效测评中的应用,进而设计了一套完整的企业信息化绩效评估指标体系。

In recent years, with the development of enterprise informationization, the performance evaluation of enterprise of enterprise informationization is paid close attention to by business circles and academia. The author thinks that the application of the scientific evaluation method of balanced scorecard to the performance evaluation of enterprise informationization will undoubtedly improve the standard and accuracy of the national performance evaluation in this field,and finally it will bring about a healthy development in enterprises. On the basis of discussing the problems of performance evaluation in enterprise informationization and explaining the advantage of balanced scorecard ,the paper analyzes the application of the balanced scorecard in the performance evaluation of enterprise informationization. Then it designs a complete peformance evaluation index system of enterprise informationization.
