摘要
目的:本研究探讨妇科肿瘤患者血清Cu、Zn及CuZn-SOD活力的变化及其意义。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定患者与正常对照组血清Cu、Zn及CuZn-SOD的活力。结果:妇科良、恶性肿瘤血清Cu含量均高于正常对照组,妇科恶性肿瘤血清Cu高于妇科良性肿瘤。妇科良恶性肿瘤Zn、CuZn-SOD活力均低于正常组,妇科恶性肿瘤血清Zn、CuZn-SOD活力低于妇科良性肿瘤。结论:妇科肿瘤的发生发展与微量元素、自由基紊乱有关。
Objective is to study change and significance of Cu, Zn and Cu,Zn-SOD contents in serum of sufferer from gynecological tumor. Atomic absorption spectrophotometry and xanthine oxidase methods were used to determine the contents of serum Cu, Zn and Cu,Zn-SOD in serum of sufferer and control groups. The result is that the contents of serum Cu in the gynecological tumor were higher than in the blank control group, and in the malignant tumor were higher than in the benign tumor. The serum Zn, Cu,Zn-SOD levels were significantly lower in the malignant tumor group. It is concluded that the development of the gynecological tumor is related to trace element and free radical.
