摘要
用中国蕙兰品种(金蕙)的茎尖诱导产生的原球茎(根状茎)在继代过程中形成的无根幼苗为材料,研究其在不同培养基、不同生长素、不同蔗糖浓度下的生根情况,结果表明:最适宜生根的培养基为1/2 MS,30 d生根率达100 %,根质好,苗壮;生长素生根试验证明:NAA优于IBA,NAA的最佳使用浓度为0.2~0.3 mg/L;在培养基中加入30 g/L蔗糖(市售白砂糖),不仅生根快,生根率高,且根质好,苗壮均匀.
The caulis point of Cymbidium (the gold Cymbidium) is used to induce output of original bulbous (root form caulis) in the formation of rootless young sprout. The culture medium, different auxin, different cane sugar density and root circumstances are studied. The result shows: the most suitable and proper culture medium is 1/2 MSs, 30 d, the root rate reaches 100%, the root quality is good, seedling is strong. The trial shows: the NAA surpasses IBA, the best use the density of NAA is 0. 2-0.3 mg/L; add 30 g/L cane sugar(the white sand sugar) in the culture medium, it takes root quickly, with high rate and good root quality, strong and even seedling.
