This thesis mainly expatiates the characteristics and some existing problems of land resources,meanwhile sums up the present situation features of land use, Analyzing the data ,we discuss new existing problems of exploitation and utilization of land. It is a certain referenced value and important effects to induct economy development of shaanxi＇s loess plateau in the process of the western development.
