摘要
将恒电流电解法与流动注射技术相结合,在线电解定量产生不稳定化学发光试剂Mn(Ⅲ),基于Mn(Ⅲ)能直接氧化色氨酸产生化学发光,建立了流动注射电化学发光测定色氨酸的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,测定色氨酸的范围为1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4g/mL,相关系数为0.9996,方法的检出限为3.0×10-7g/mL,相对标准偏差r=2.2%(1.0×10-5g/mL,n=11).
A novel flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of tryptophane based on a chemiluminescence reaction between tryptophane and Mn(Ⅲ) was reported. The Mn(Ⅲ) was generated from the solution of MnSO4 by constant current electrolysis on-line. The linear range for the determination of tryptophane is from 1×10^-6 to 1×10^-4g/mL with detection limit of 3×10^-7g/mL. The relative standard deviation was 2.2%.
