摘要
当建筑物的体形复杂、高度差异较大时,按《建筑地基基础设计规范》的规定宜在适当部位设置沉降缝,将其划分为若干个刚度较好的单元。本文通过工程实例分析认为,当地基均匀、承载力不是太低时可不设沉降缝,而采取一定的结构措施来提高结构整体刚度的方法来抵抗由于地基不均匀沉陷引起的应力,以达到结构安全、施工方便、降低工程造价的目的。
When the building has complicate form and greatly differential height, settlement joint is set in the proper position according to the“Building Foundation Design Code” and the building was divided into several units with better rigidity. Through analyzing the engineering instances, the paper thinks that the settlementjoint can't be set when the foundation is uniform and the bearing capacity isn' t very low. Then, the method that certain structural measure was taken to raise the whole rigidity of structure to resist stress for uneven settlement of foundation. The purpose of structural security, convenient construction and to reduce construction cost is achieved.
