摘要
针对棉秆这种木质化程度高的硬茎秆物料,本文对其在直刃刀切割作用下的变形及切割动力学特性进行了分析,为棉秆切碎刀片的设计提供理论依据,以便于提高刀片切碎棉秆的质量和降低切碎能耗。
As cotton stalk is a kind of hard stalk, the kinetic characteristics and strain of straight knife were analyzed in order to provide the design reference of chopping knife during the process of cutting cotton stalk aiming to upgrade chopping quality of cotton stalks and reduce the cutting energy consumption.
