摘要
对过渡辊材样品进行了在高温SO2气氛下的实际现场条件实验,采用微区X射线能谱仪(SEM-EDS)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)测试了实验样品,系统地讨论了SO2对过渡辊材表面的作用。采用维氏显微硬度计和材料摩擦磨损试验机,对过渡辊材样品表面硬度和摩擦系数进行测定,发现在一定的SO2作用时间下的辊材样品表面显微硬度变化不大,但是表面硫化层的摩擦系数明显地降低,经分析表明表面上形成了层状结构的硫化亚铁。
The surface rigidity and the friction coefficient of transitional roll sample were investigated by Vicker microhardness meter and material friction and abrasion instrument. The results indicate that after a period of SO2 treatment, there is no great changes in the microscopic rigidity of the roll surface, but the friction coefficient of sulfide layer on surface is distinctly decreased, which is attributed to the formation of layered FeS by further analysis.
