电致发热SiC多孔陶瓷制备研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用一种新方法制备了具有2种孔隙结构的电致发热SiC多孔陶瓷。根据SEM,X射线分析,气孔率与电阻率等测试结果可知,试样主孔道直径在300μm左右,微孔道直径在30~40μm,气孔率可达55%,电阻率在0.0007~0.00195Ω·m。研究了烧结温度和烧结时间与电阻率的关系,并根据机械性能的测试结果,探讨了试样的强度与烧结温度的关系。 In this paper, a new function SiC porous ceramic which can produce heat through electricity was prepared successfully. It is of two kinds pore structure. According to the result of SEM, X-ray, porosity and resistivity, the main pore diameter of the sample is about 300p, m and the micro-pore diameter is about 30 - 40μm. Its porosity is up to 55% and resistivity is 0. 0007 - 0. 00195Ω·m. The dependence of resistivity on sintering temperature or time was studied. According to test result of mechanical performance, the relation between strength and sintering temperature was discussed.
