摘要
液体纯茶水饮料在加工及贮存过程中易出现浑浊及不易保持茶叶原有风味的问题,若在茶叶提取工序中以适当的β-CD溶液与茶共浸,则可改善茶饮料的品质及减少饮料的浑浊,保持澄清。
Liquid tea beverage is easy to be turbid and is difficult to keep the original taste during processing and storing. In the process of tea-withdraw.mixing the proper concentration β-CD liquor in tea can improve the quality of Tea Beverage , reduce the turbidity of tea and keep it cleanly.
