摘要
文章介绍了氯酸钠在酸性介质中与黄铁矿反应,用过碳酸钠吸收制备稳定性二氧化氯的新工艺,得出了最佳工艺条件:反应温度30℃、氯酸钠浓度3mol/L、硫酸浓度7mol/L、黄铁矿过量5%。文章就尾液的处理作了比较详细的研究并得出了较为行之有效的方法,较好的解决了该过程的环境污染问题,节约了资源。
This paper introduce chlorate sodium react with pyrite among acid medium, is it prepare new craft, stability of chlorine dioxide to absorb with .sodium carbonate, have drawn the best process conditions: reacting temperature: 30℃, sodium chlorate concentration : 3m ol/L, sulphuric acid concentration 7mol/L, excessive rate of pyrite5 %. This paper make comparisons detailed research and it draws to be comparatively effectual method on treatment, tail of liquid, the problem of the environmental pollution of better settlement, this course, has economized remurces.
