“绿箱”政策对我国农产品贸易影响的相关分析

An Correlated Analysis about the Influence of "Green Box" Policy on China's Agricultural Products Trade

WTO《农业协议》把对农产品贸易不具扭曲作用的国内支持政策称为“绿箱”政策。文章通过实证分析,构架相关模型,初步明确了“绿箱”投入对我国主要农产品贸易的影响,并就政策的实施及结构安排等提出了建议。

In the agricultural agreement of WTO, the national support policies that will not distort the trade of the agricultural products are called “Green Box Polices”. How much influence the “Green Box Polices” have caused on the agricultural trade on earth, is not analyzed sufficiently in academic circles. This paper, by using correlated analysis, constructs some correlated equation, and makes clear the influence that the “Green Box Polices” caused on Chinese trade of main agricuhural products. And lastly, some suggestions are put forward to the structure arrangement and implementation of the “Green Box Polices”.
