摘要
为建立血水草地上部分中羽扇豆醇乙酸酯的含量测定方法,采用薄层扫描法测定血水草中羽扇豆醇乙酸酯的含量,所用展开剂为石油醚-氯仿(2:3),显色剂为20%硫酸溶液.结果表明,羽扇豆醇乙酸酯在0.64~3.2μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为91.69%;RSD为4.1%.
To establish the assay of content of the ground parts of Eomecon chinantha Hance, Iupcnyl acetate in the ground parts of Eomecon chinantha Hance was determinated by thin layer scanning, petroleum ether-chloroform (2:3) as outspread dose, 20% sulfuric acid solution as color reagent. Results Iupcnyl acetate has well linear relation (r=0.999 8) in 0.64-3.2μg, with the recover rate of 91.69%, rlative standard deviation (RSD) of 4.1%.
