摘要
用自制的引发剂MT-1,通过溶液聚合反应,制备了淀粉、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)三元共聚物。最佳反应条件为:引发剂用量占反应物固含量的0.10%,丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵与淀粉质量比为4.2∶2.8∶3,反应温度为55℃,反应时间为4 h,产物的接枝率可达142.3%,特性粘数[η]为446.9 mL/g,阳离子度可以达到22.1%。接枝共聚产品通过红外光谱表征。利用最佳反应条件制备的产物,对炼油废水和生活污水的污水絮凝试验表明各项指标都优于市售产品。
The triadic copolymer of starch, acrylamide, and acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization and the initiator MT-1. The optimum reaction condition is as follows: dosage of initiator, 0.10%; mass ratio of acrylamide to acryloyloxyeth yltrimethyl ammonium chloride and starch, 4.2 : 2. 8: 3; reaction temperature, 55 ℃ reaction time, 4 h; grafting yield, 142. 3% intrinsic viscosity [η],446.9 mL/g; cationic degree, 22. 1%. The grafting copolymerization was characterized by IR. It is demonstrated by sediment coagulating tests in oil-refining waste water and daily-use waste water that all the indexes are superior to that of the similar products in the market.
