苦豆子生物碱生产工艺优化

Optimum technology condition for alkaloid extraction from sophora alopecuroides

通过苦豆子生物碱提取的正交实验,分析各种因素的影响,获得如下优化工艺条件:脱脂苦豆粉粉碎度为10目,固液比为1∶9,加入95%乙醇,浸提4次,每次3 h。苦豆子总碱得率达到15.9%。

This paper presents the investigation of the technology for alkaloid extraction. The optimized condition is obtained by orthogonal experiments and effecting factors analysis as follows： graininess of the degrease sophora alopecuroide powder, 10; ration of solid to liquid （95% ethanol）, 1 ： 9; soaking four times, 3 hours in each. Under this condition, the alkaloid extracted is up to 15.9%.
