摘要
弧面凸轮是一种广泛应用的高效分度机构,特别是在高速高精度的场合。然而其动力分析迄今还是一个难点。通常的弧面凸轮分度机构通过圆柱滚子传动,采用球形滚子有利于提高机构的动态性能。根据这种结构的特点,本文应用ANSYS有限元方法分析这种弧面凸轮机构的固有频率和振型。依据分析结果提出改善系统的动态特性的意见。
Globoidal cam is a kind of powerful and extensively used indexing mechanism, especially in high speed and high-precision environment. But, its dynamical analysis is a hard nut to crack for several decades. Conventionally, cylindrical rollers are used in globoidal cam mechanisms. Spherical rollers are favorable. This paper describes its modal analysis employing finite element method. Based on the results, some ideas are proposed to improve its system performance.
