摘要
对磁流变液中母液分子在磁场作用下磁矩的变化以及由此引起的剪切屈服强度的变化进行了研究.结果表明:当磁感应强度较小时,忽略母液分子引起的剪切屈服强度的相对误差随磁感应强度的增加而线性增加,也随母液分子内电子数的增加而快速增加;当磁感应强度增加到一定值时,其误差几乎不变.为减少误差,应选用电子数较少的分子材料作母液.
Change of molecular magnetic moment of motherliquor and shear yield strength are studied in magnetorheological fluid. It is found from the study that if magnetic induction strength is small, relative error of shear yield strength linearly increases as magnetic induction strength increases, and it rapidy increase as electrons in molecule of motherliquor increase. While the relative error hardly changes if magnetic induction strength increases to some value. In order to decrease error,molecule with less electrons must be as chosen as the motherliquor.
