With the improvement of living standard, we regard the health life environment more and more important. This paper introduced how to design the health care pillow made of bamboo-charcoal and tea, its production process as well as product performance. The ~ollowing efficacy of bamboo-charcoal, high absorption, dehumidify, deodorization ,negative ion and far-infrared ray were used in various pillows to improve our living quality.
