摘要
实现农村全面小康,必须加快城镇化进程。阐述了加快城镇化建设的必要性,分析了辽宁省城镇化建设的现状,提出了辽宁城镇化应遵循的原则和目标,从提升城市和区域竞争力、制定促进产业向城镇空间集聚、扩散的导向政策、完善户籍、土地、投资等制度的创新、积极推进农村工业化、农村城镇化等方面提出了加快辽宁城镇化进程的总体思路。
To realize rural overall comfortable living standard , town oriented development of rural must be strengthened. After necessary explanation of rural town orientation development, status analysis of town development in Liaoning province, this paper puts forward basic principles and goals of town development in Liaoning province, makes preposals of town developing layout in following fields, how to promote city and region competition ability , how to constitute guide policy of town industrialization , how to perfect the institution innovation of inhabit register management/land or real estate and investment etc, how to promote rural industrialization / town oriented development of rural.
