能否坚持共产主义理想和社会主义信念,是共产党员是否保持先进性的首要标准。坚定的理想信念必须建立在对人类社会发展一般规律的认识上;必须建立在对生产力发展内在规律的认识上;必须建立在对社会基本矛盾运动规律的认识上。建立在规律性认识上的理想信念才是自觉的、坚定的。

It is a chief standard for communist to sustain advance to adhere to ideality and faith. Firm ideal and faith must be founded on the understanding of the common rule of human society, development of intrinsic me of productivity development and rule of social basic conflict. The faith founded on understanding of rules is self- conscious and firm.
