造成我国农村社会保障薄弱的原因是多方面的,笔者对赣中A县个案的研究表明,政府重视、重新整合农村的医疗资源、建立起以大病统筹为主的新型农村合作医疗制度和医疗救助制度,加强卫生扶贫工作,是建立和完善农村基本医疗保障制度的重要途径。

What brings about the weakness of our villages＇ medical securityis involved in many fields. Through the case study of A town, it is showed that the main ways to set up and perfect the system of medical security are as follows： Pay attention on medical resource ; Set up new - style cooperative medical system characterized as overall planning for serious illness cure,Strengthen medical service.
