摘要
评述了近几年国内外非调质钢的研究与应用状况。重点介绍低碳马氏体型和晶内铁素体型高强度高韧性非调质钢研究与应用的新进展，还讨论了非调质钢的标准化和商品化问题。
The research and application of non-quenched/tempered steel at home and abroad in recentyears are reviewed, of which the new development for low carbon martensite and intragranular ferrite highstrength/toughness non- quenched/tempered steel is presented emphatically in this paper. The standardizationand commercialization of the steel are also discussed.
