液压系统高效冷却净化器的传热试验研究与应用

摘要 为提高冷却净化器的传热性能,对五种壳侧不同结构的冷却净化器进行了传热性能试验测试和比较。结果表明,螺旋板加聚磁性多孔介质结构的冷却净化器具有非常显著的强化传热效果。 In order tot improve the heat conduction features of the cooling purifier, the tests and comparisons of the heat conduction features were made with the cooling purifier with five different structure at the shell side The results showed the cooling purifier with the rotary board plus poly magnetic multi hole medium structure had a very obvious heat conducting results. The high effective cooling purifier ahs been applied to the hydraulic bolting machine and the reliability of the hydraulic bolting machine has been obviously improved.
