摘要
论文完善了管理创新的“经济学”原则,并在该原则的指导下,通过把交通信号灯与企业安全管理结合起来,提出了一种加强安全观念的管理模式,以增强企业的安全意识,促进企业的安全生产。
The paper has improved “ECONOMICS” principle of management innovation, and according to it, authors put a kind of management model about strengthening the conception of safety by combining traffic lights with enterprise＇ s safety management to improve the safety consciousness and safety production of enterprise.
