鞍型板加强Y型管节点在轴向拉力下的极限强度分析 被引量:6

摘要 研究了鞍型板加强的Y型管节点在轴向拉力的作用下的极限强度。在分析时采用有限元数值计算和正交设计方法。分析了独立的管节点参数β和鞍型板与弦管厚度比τd以及鞍型板长度与撑管直径比ld/d1对极限强度的影响。计算结果表明鞍型板的尺寸对加强后的节点强度有很大的影响。利用适当尺寸的鞍型板对Y型管节点进行加强可以提高极限强度。 The ultimate strength of doubler plate reinforced Y-joints subjected to tension loading in studied. The finite element method and the orthogonal design are adopted in numerical parametric studies. The individual influences of the geometric parameters β and doubler plate to chord wall thickness ratio τd and doubler plate length to brace diameter ratio ld/d1 on the ultimate strength are made dear. The results show the size of plate may have important effects on the strength of reinforced joints. It is found that the ultimate strength of Y-joints reinforced with appropriately proportioned doubler plates can be greatly improved.
