摘要
Intellectual Property Rights（IPR） pro tection is a universal issue in the cur rent age. On December 8, a round table meeting was jointly held by China Council for the Promotion of Interna- tional Trade（CCPIT） and United States Council for International Business （USCIB）, especially focused on the issue. Attendees including Wang Jinzhen, Chairman Assistant, CCPIT, Wang Zhiguang, Director of Ministry of Security, Peter Robinson, President and CEO of USCIB performed speechcs in the meeting.
The IPR issue is a universal one, which not necessarily happening in the devel- oping countries including China, there are many violations in the countries such as USA, European countries, etc..
