高强度包装用钢带的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH STRENGTH STEEL STRIP FOR PACKING

按研制过程叙述捆带的钢种设计、冶炼、轧制及应用宝钢捆带机组热处理线铅浴等温热处理的试验及分析。试验证明，用本工艺生产的钢带性能指标完全达到高强度包装用钢带的力学性能要求。为新建和改造捆带生产工艺线提供了一种模式。

This article describes the design,smelting and rolling of the steel grade for banding,as well as the experiments and analysis results of lead bathing isothermal heat treatment by using heat treatment line of banding unit at Baoshan Iron and Steel(Group)Co.Experiments show that the performance indexes of the banding steel produced by the above process can meet the mechanical property requirements for the high strength banding steel.This approach provides a model forsetting up and reforming banding steel production line.
