摘要
用理论联系实际的方法,总结了金堆城钼业公司露天矿近几年的改革实践和取得的成效;提出了"大胆引入乡镇企业机制,办好国有矿山企业"的新模式;在目前部分大中型企业生产经营面临重重困难的状态下,有推广价值。
The reform practises carried out and the great achievement made in the recent years in the open-pit mine of jinduicheng molybdenum mining corporation, are summurrized briefly,in line with the reform theory. It specially puts forward a new model for sucessfully managing the state-owned mining enterprises-boldly introducing the sound mechanisms of the towns and private enterprises, which is worth broadly spreading in the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises presently facing numerous difficul-lies in the reform tide.
