高校创业孵化器与创业精神教育研究

本文对创业教育发展及高校创业孵化器的可行模式作了研究,认为高校创业孵化器应该实现也必须实现既孵化企业又孵化人才的“双孵化”功能,并构建了一个结合孵化器的创业精神教育体系,提出了强化学生创业精神的目标、内容和措施。

Tiffs paper makes research into the development of undertaking education and the feasible model of undertaking incubator in colleges and universities, thinking that the undertaking incubator in colleges and universities should and must realize ＂the double hatching functions＂ of incubating enterprises and talents and that colleges and universities should establish the pioneering education system combined with incubators. It puts forward the goal, content and measures of strengthening students＇ pioneering spirit.
