The overall quality management has been empolyed in Baihualing concentrator of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Mining Co.,in the result,the molybdenum concentrate grade was improved from 47.98% to 50.02%,and the real recovery efficiency was 82.72% in 1994.It is satisfied with market's demands and the benefit is increased.
