通过对终身体育观的产生、发展和终身体育的基本特性、实践以及建立保持终身体育锻炼机制等方面的微观分析,目的是使人们对终身体育形成的价值观念意识与进一步深化高校体育改革的过程有机结合起来,能加强终身体育思想教育,且对于终身体育作更深入的研究,也具有十分重要和现实的意义。

This article analyzes the production and the development of the lifelong sports view, the basic characteristic and the practice of the lifelong sports as well as the establishment and the maintaining of the lifelong physical training mechanism, and so on, the goal is to combine people＇s value attitudes and con- sciousness which were formed by the lifelong sports with the process of deepening further the universities en the ideological education of the lifelong sports.
