摘要
在正确界定体能弱势群体的基础上,分析了大学生体能弱势群体形成的心理、生理及认知三方面的原因,并从大学生体能弱势群体的对体育教学的态度,对运动项目的选择,参与体育锻炼的方式三方面分析了其参与体育现状。提出强化健康新概念的教学,体验成功教学,运动处方教学,因人而异,实施差异化教学和教学评价中的相对评价运用等教学策略与方法。
The article has analyzed the masons of mentality, physiology and cognition which form the university students' weak trend group of physical ability, and analyzed the present situation that they participate in sports from three aspects, which include the attitude to P. E teaching, the choose about movement project, the way to participate in physical training.
