摘要 根据不同层制订分别适合的目标,因材施教、因需指导、因层评价、动态组合,面向全体学生,以学生为主体,教师为主导,解决了传统教学中学优生“吃不饱”,学困生“吃不了”的矛盾,有效地促进了学生个性、身心健康的发展和差生转优,培养了学生的创新能力和终身体育的意识。 According to the arrangement we make up the proper teaching ambition:we suit the instruction to the student's level and suit the instruction to the student's need. Cater to all the students we take the students as the dominant factors and take the teachers as the leading factor. We solve the contradictions about the top students not having enough exercise while the poor ones cannot finish in the traditional teaching. We can effectively promote the students' individual character,body and mind. We also turn the poor students into top students. We develop the students' ability and the P.E. Consciousness all their time.
