中国童装名镇织里民营企业民工生活与体育现状调查研究

从健康人力资源开发与健康人力资本投资角度对“中国童装名镇”浙江织里上规模的民营企业民工的生活与体育现状进行调查研究。认为,民工自身不具备开发投资的能力,企业、社会也不重视组织开发和社会开发,建议应多方位关心农民工身心健康,建立可行的开发运行机制和监督机制。

This paper, from the perspective of human resouces and human capital investment, makes a survey and research on the life and the present condition of physical exercise for migrant workers in the large-scale private enterprises in Zhili, a famous town in Zhejiang, China for children clothing. The conclusion is reached that the migrant workers themselves do not have the power to develop and invest in human resources, and the enterprises and society attach no importance to the development of healthy human resourecs at the level of organization and society. Finally, suggestions are given that the mental and physical health of migrant workers should be cared for from all levels, and establish a workable system of development and operation and a workable system of supervision.
