摘要
本文主要就电子束焊接活塞所用材料LD11的疲劳性能进行了较为详细的试验研究,为了获得合适的热处理工艺,对该材料供货状态的试件作了部分疲劳对比试验。得出如下结论:根据活塞的工作过程和温度场来制定活塞的热处理工艺,是提高活塞工作可靠性的一条主要的有效途径。
The article make a detailed test research about the fatigue pefotmanee of the electron beam welding piston material LD11, fatigue contrast test has been made for suitable heat treatment technology using supply state sample. Obtain the following conclusion: heat treatment technology which made according to the working process and temperature field is a effective method for raising the reliability of piston.
