唐钢二炼铁厂1260m^3高炉炉身下部造衬技术

摘要 介绍1260m3高炉炉身下部造村技术的使用情况。实践表明:采用该技术单孔造衬料压人量多达1.0t,且造材料能在造衬孔周围500mm的半径范围内紧贴炉应形成200mm厚的致密的纯造衬料层。新炉衬使用7个月后仍具有足够的强度。 The practice of lining-making at the lower part of 1260 m3 B. F. is introduced. It is shown that with this technique the quantity of lining making material pressed into the furnace through a single hole can reach to 1 ton and an entire layer of lining-making material as thick as 200 mm canbe formed very close to the shell of furnace within a area about 500 mm in diameter around the hole. The new lining has till an enough strength after being used for seven months.
