摘要
创造人格因素对创造能力的培养具有直接作用,研究创造人格对人才能力培养具有重要意义。当代大学生创造人格特征的形成受自身、家庭、学校和社会环境等因素的影响,其人格培养一要从“大教育”观念出发,采取切实有效的措施,为大学生创造人格的形成提供良好的环境;二要从“大课堂”的观念出发,把人格教育深入到学生生活的各个层面,在校园中形成“立体式”的教学模式。
The factor of initiative personality is directly influential upon innovatory capability building, and study of initiative personality will be thus quite significant to talent's capability building. Since the formation of initiative personality features is influenced by the factors like students themselves, family, school, and social environment, personality cultivation for the contemporary Chinese university students has to be dealt with from two key angles. First, the concept of "macro education" should be taken into account as the starting point, and some effective measures should also be taken to build a beneficial environment for personality cultivation of the university students. Second, the concept of "macro classroom" ought to be taken into account for the purpose of extending personality education to all the facets of student's life and forming a "three dimensional" teaching pattern.
