摘要
人才管理对西部大开发具有重要意义,随着西部大开发战略的实施,西部人才缺乏的矛盾必将更加突出。总体来看,西部地区人才资源总量不足,使用效率不高,流失严重,引进困难。西部人才流失对西部的影响较大,应通过实施有效的招聘机制,建立具有竞争性的薪酬体系等方式留住人才。
Personnel management is quite significant to west development. Alongside implementation of the strategy of west development, the contradiction of talent deficiency will become more marked than ever before. In general, the total amount of human resource is not sufficient, the effect of utilization not high, the dropping out of human resource serious, and the adoption of talents difficult. Since dropping out of the talents is influential much upon the west region, we ought to build an effective mechanism of personnel recruitment, and a competitive system of salary to keep the special talents.
