加油站油品配送模式研究

摘要传统油品配送模式分析加油站油品配送是石油销售公司将油品从油库转移(运输)到加油站的过程.目前,销售企业的加油站油品配送仍然采用传统的、落后的配送方式,即被动配送方式.以中国石油重庆销售公司为例,其运行过程如图1所示:
