略论中国近现代技术引进的文化环境

On the Cultural Environment of Technological Imports in Modern China

技术引进的过程伴随着传统文化与外来文化的相互碰撞与交融。在这一过程中,文化环境所起的作用不容忽视。对中国近代以来技术引进活动的阶段分析表明,外来技术与本土文化环境之间的作用是沿着由器物到制度再到观念的轨迹进行的。并由此提出今后技术引进有待注意的若干问题。

The course of technology introduction is accompanied by the collisions and minglings between traditional culture and foreign cultures. The impact of cultural environment on this process should never be neglected. Through analyzing the process of technology imports in modem China, the author of this paper concludes that the interactions between external technology and native cultural environment have been developing successively along the track of technical products, technical systems, and finally, technical conception. The author also addresses some of the problems that deserve special attention in future research.
