摘要
在消费者需求快速变化、个性化要求日益增加的时代背景下,随着消费联盟的逐渐形成,供应商和零售商在工业品供应链中的博弈地位正在发生变化,而呼之欲出的战略伙伴关系的建立是使双方保持竞争优势的有效途径,是促进双赢的最佳选择。从这一关系形成的本质出发进行研究,可揭示出形成这种关系的三个主要原因,和其形成的主要条件,针对上述研究结果提出了保证其成功实施应注意解决的问题。
With the rapid change of consumer demand and the increasing request for individuality, the game status of suppliers and industry retailers is changing in industrial product supply chain and instead a consumption alliance is formed. The authors propose that a win - win resolution to this change is to establish strategic partnership between the suppliers and the industry retailers. The reasons and conditions for forming such strategic partnership are discussed and analyzed Finally,problems concerning the implementation of this proposal are also discussed.
