Framework of Hospital Group Administration Based On Virtual Organization

医院集团在组织模式上呈现虚拟组织的特征。通过对我国医院集团化管理中存在的问题进行分析,提出了以法人持股为基础的产权制度、以法人治理结构为基础的经营模式、柔性管理的人力资本管理和以决策支持为目标的管理信息化的医院集团化管理框架。

Virtual organization model is characteristic of hospital group in terms of its organization patterns. Based on the analyses of problems observed in the hospital group administration in China, this article presents a framework of hospital administration which consists of a Property Rights System based on legal person shareholding, an operation model based on corporate governance, flexible human capital management, and information management targeted at the scaffolding of decision making within the hospital group.
