企业信息化的过程也是管理创新的过程,以往的研究缺少对它们之间内在作用模式的研究。在对黑龙江省18家制造业企业信息化的现状进行重点调查的基础上,提出“信息化在前,管理创新在后;管理创新在前,信息化在后;信息化与管理创新同步进行”的三种信息化和管理创新互动模式。不同模式下的信息化绩效存在不同变化规律,信息化建设必须伴随相应的与企业特点结合的管理变革、管理者的支持与重视。

Therefore, informatization should go hand in hand with management innovation that fits the enterprise＇s particular characteristics and consequently win the recognition and support of the management.
