Application of Stereotaxic Located by CT in the Surgical Treatment for Drug Addiction

目的探讨CT定位脑立体定向术在手术治疗药物依赖中的应用价值。方法回顾分析50例CT定位脑立体定向伏膈核和杏仁核毁损治疗药物依赖的方法和疗效。结果50例患者均取得了很好的治疗效果。结论CT定位脑立体定向术定位准确,治疗效果好,副作用小,是治疗药物依赖的一种新方法。

Objective To discuss the application of stereotaxic located by CT in the surgical treatment for drug addiction. Methods A retrospective analysis was given to 50 cases with drug addiction whose nucleus accumbens and amygdaloid nucleus were detroyed in stereotaxic located by CT, and the method and curative effect were studied. Results Good curative effect was gained in all the 50 cases. Conclusions Stereotaxie located by CT has such advantages as exact location, good curative effect and less side effects, which is a new way to treat drug addiction.
