摘要
中国家族制企业做大做强,需要突破的瓶颈是管理的专业化和规范化,由家族化管理向专业化管理过渡是企业发展的关键。家族制企业的管理专业化路径和取向是多样性的,家族成员专业化作为实现管理专业化的路径之一,具有其不可忽视的现实性、合理性与有效性,是适合我国东方文化、家族制企业规模与经理人市场水平的家族制企业管理专业化的可取路径。
On the way to make the Chinese family enterprises bigger and stronger, their management's specialization and standardization are the bottlenecks. The conversion from the family management to specialized management is the key factor. The path and tropism of the professional management in a Family Occupational Corporation are various, and the specialization of the members in Family enterprise is one of those. That is to say people can't ignore that it has feasibility, rationality and validity. It suits for our country's oriental culture; further more, it is the way to professional management of Chinese Family Occupational Corporations.
